Can I download detailed statements?

Yes. Visit the Transaction History page inside your dashboard to export add-money and recharge statements filtered by date range.

How do I raise a dispute?

If a recharge is pending beyond operator SLAs, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 60026 55912 with the transaction reference. Our support team will escalate immediately.
