Sharing Your Information

Service Providers:

• To process recharges, we share your phone number, operator choice, and recharge amount with our API provider, BillHub Pvt Ltd.
• To process payments, we use UnPay UPI Intent, which securely handles the transaction through your installed UPI apps. We do not receive or store your UPI ID or bank account details.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We retain your personal information, including your phone number and transaction history, for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with our services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records for legal or tax purposes.
