Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Billbits! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Billbits mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

• Billbits provides a platform to facilitate mobile and DTH recharges and to purchase Google Play redeem codes.
• Recharge Orders: The App allows you to place orders for recharges. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a recharge for a specific mobile number or DTH account.
• Payment: Payments for orders are processed through UnPay UPI Intent, which allows you to pay using your existing UPI-enabled applications. We do not process payments directly or store your financial information.
• Order Fulfillment: Upon successful payment, we submit your recharge request to our API provider, BillHub Pvt Ltd, who is responsible for fulfilling the recharge with the respective telecom or DTH operator.
• Loyalty Points: You can earn loyalty points on successful recharges. These points can be redeemed as a discount on future recharge orders, subject to the terms of the loyalty program.

User Accounts

• Registration: You must register for an account using a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Profile: You may set up a profile with a username. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• No "Add Money" Functionality: The App does not include a wallet or an "add money" feature. Each transaction is a direct payment for a specific recharge order.
• Payment Authorization: By initiating a payment, you authorize the transaction through your chosen UPI app.
• Order Success: A recharge is considered successful once confirmed by our API provider.
• Order Failure and Refunds: If a recharge order fails for any technical reason after your payment has been completed, we will automatically process a full refund to your original source of payment. Refunds are subject to the processing times of the respective banks and UPI networks.
• Cancellations: Once a payment is made and a recharge order is submitted, it cannot be canceled.

Loyalty Points Program

• Points are awarded on successful transactions only.
• Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts within the App.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.
• Provide false or misleading information.

Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with the App are the property of Billbits or its licensors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the service.
• Our role is limited to facilitating the recharge order. We are not responsible for any service issues with the telecom/DTH operators.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction is limited to the amount of the transaction.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms, describes how we collect and use your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barbhita, Assam.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
